Water Damage & Microbial Growth

in this example a water supply line was leaking from a toilet over an extended period of time & multiple types of fungi inhabited the master closet space. The problem extended into various parts of the home, and we took immediate action for the client.

We contained several areas; pre-tested; removed all extensively damaged materials; filtered the air, and cleaned stud walls with antimicrobial. After our remediation services a post test was conducted by a third party and all samples came back clean.
