Attempt to keep the relative humidity under 60 percent, between 30 and 50 is ideal, and increase the air temperature when possible. Act swiftly when water leaks or spills occur to avoid damage or mold growth. Increase ventilation and air movement when needed. Prompt action can help prevent sizable damage or any damage in general.
