Over the years as technology has become increasingly widespread, SERVPRO has taken major steps to utilize its availability. Our franchise is proud to take part in the use of our completely digital intake & recording system. Using this system daily makes multitasking easy and working on the go easier. As we grew and learned, this technology became the HUB of everything SERVPRO that we do. New features are added, and existing features are tweaked so that this system continuously makes not only our jobs easier, but the service process for our clients seamless. Everything from the office end experience; dealing with paperwork and payments, to the on-field experience where our clients are seeing the fruition of these benefits through performance.

What is DocuSketch™ & why are we using it, is what most of our clients will wonder.

It all begins with a single camera, but not just any camera. This special camera is built with two, 180 degree lenses on both sides. This camera allows a technician to record 360 degree panoramic view of an entire room in mere seconds. The technician has the ability to scan each room of a home or building within minutes. These pictures are then translated to a tour & an exact sketch of the property. During the restoration process we can create multiple tours to compare as before, during, and after comparisons for our clients. These tours can be shared via a link to our clients especially those who are out of state and inclined on progression updates.

This is proficiency for restoration at its finest for us. We are so glad to be able to offer any new or existing customers this option for their upcoming project. This addition to our documentation process will not only make it easier for our team but put more valuable time on the table to get your project done, especially when it comes to large loss scenarios.
